UPDATE: Dates: July 13-14, 2023 Location: Beaver Pond Sporting Club, 2276 West Greensboro Chapel Hill Road, Snow Camp, NC 27349 Ticket Price: $200 per camper Ticket Price includes the following items per camper: -Fishing Rod, Tackle Box, Camp Chair, NCWHF Hat, Camp T-shirt, Hunting Socks, Duck, Turkey, & Game Calls -Memberships to our Conservation Partners: NWTF-Jakes, Ducks Unlimited - Green Wings, and NC Bowhunters Association -All issued items will be sent home between both days for campers to use on their own outdoor sporting adventures. Camp dues include: a lifetime membership to NCWHF Future Generations, and a first year membership to NWTF Jakes, Ducks Unlimited Greenwings, and NCBHA (North Carolina Bowhunters Association). -Please provide the following information during registration: 1. Age 2. T-Shirt Size 3. Food Allergies 4. Special Medical Needs 5. Boy Scout / Girl Scout Status 6. Camp Buddy Drop Off Locations: -Greensboro: Irving Park Elementary 1310 Sunset Dr, Greensboro, NC 27408 -Burlington: Grill 584 710 Huffman Mill Rd, Burlington, NC 27215 -Beaverpond Sporting Club: 2276 West Greensboro Chapel Hill Rd, Snow Camp, NC 27349 Check In / Check Out: -Fill out and sign shooting waiver for Beaver Pond Sporting Club and ensure camper provides waiver to staff at check in -If you are bringing a shotgun or bow, clearly label with your name -This a daytime only camp - no overnight accommodations on-site -Campers will be picked up at the same location they are dropped off -Provide the name and contact information for anyone carpooling -Buses return no later than 5 PM at the end of the day -Contact Allen Sharpe, Camp Director, at Cell: 336-451-7837
